Classical Practice
All Levels · Ages 16 and above
Hatha Yoga is the root — the foundation from which all modern yoga flows. In Sanskrit, Ha means sun and Tha means moon, representing the balance of opposing forces within us. These classes work systematically through the classical asanas, pranayama (breath regulation), and guided meditation, weaving together the physical and the subtle.
Suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Each session is structured to build heat, open the body, steady the mind, and close with deep rest. Expect honest teaching, intelligent sequencing, and Sanskrit nomenclature to honour the tradition.
Dynamic Practice
Intermediate – Advanced · Ages 16 and above
Ashtanga Yoga is a vigorous, structured system of yoga codified by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, rooted in the ancient text Yoga Korunta. It links breath with movement through a fixed sequence of postures — the same series practised every session, so the body learns deeply and the mind finds stillness within the challenge.
Each class follows the Tristhana method — posture, breath (Ujjayi), and gaze (Drishti) — creating an intense internal heat that purifies the body and focuses the mind. Students progress through the Primary Series at their own pace, with personal guidance and adjustments throughout.
For Young Ones
Ages 5 – 14 · Playful & Nurturing
Children possess a natural openness — they learn through play, story, and imagination. Kids Yoga harnesses that quality, introducing yoga and mindfulness in ways that feel like adventures, not lessons. Each class weaves postures into stories, animals into asanas, and breathing into games.
Beyond flexibility and coordination, children develop focus, emotional regulation, and the simple but profound ability to pause and breathe. Seeds planted now become forests of wellbeing. Classes are conducted in small groups to ensure every child feels seen.
For Expectant Mothers
All Trimesters · With Doctor's Clearance
Pregnancy is one of the most profound journeys a human body undertakes. Prenatal Yoga honours this by offering gentle, safe, and deeply nourishing practice that supports mother and baby at every stage. Nothing is rushed, nothing is forced — this is yoga as care.
Carefully crafted sequences ease the discomforts of pregnancy — back pain, swollen ankles, breathlessness, sleeplessness — while building the strength and endurance needed for labour and delivery. Breathwork prepares the nervous system. Meditation prepares the heart. Connection deepens between mother and the growing life within.
